It is amazing how creative we spiritual beings, dressed up as humans, are. I wrote in my last post about the need to find alternative sources of energy and just today I read where the Japanese have found a new source of gasoline--cow poop. They have found a way to produce gasoline from cow dung by using high pressure and heat. Think of it! There will never be a shortage of poop. It will be cheap and readily available. When you think about it, it's just another form of recycling.
Another group of Japanese researchers have found an entirely different way to use cow dung. They have been able to extract an aromatic (?) ingredient of vanilla in this cow dung which can be used in candles and shampoo. (So watch out if you see that your shampoo is vanilla scented...)
In the Midwest, where I grew up, they used to hold cow chip throwing contests. The dried and hardened pieces could be thrown like frisbees for quite some distance. Doesn't that sound like fun?
And here is perhaps the worst use of cow poop that I have seen. It is a cow poop clock. Really!
I kid you not! So if you're looking for gift ideas for Christmas...
Well, enough of this silliness. It just goes to show you though that there is an answer to every challenge. We just have to use our divine power of imagination.
